Analyze and advise on developments in Congress and in the Executive Branch that impact US trade policy, intellectual property rights enforcement, human rights, and other issues. Orchestrate lobbying initiatives and Congressional events. Direct Political Action Committee activities and advise on all federal matters.

A trade association of customs brokers and freight forwarders. Provide counsel on all Federal matters impacting membership, providing frequent legislative updates. Direct the Political Action Committee. Assist client in developing creating financing mechanisms to fund channel improvements needed to accommodate new Liquid Natural Gas terminal and container facility. Lobby Congress and the Maritime Administration and Corps of Engineers to obtain funding for channel improvements and to impact public policy in a way that benefits the port.

A coalition of New England-based companies advocating free and fair trade. This organization was created by our firm to assist an existing client in its efforts to influence U.S. trade policy. This organization is now the largest pro-trade group in New England. We analyze and advise on Federal issues that impact the membership.

Footwear company on the leading edge of fashion and recreation requiring guidance on global human rights, labor conditions, restricted substances laws and policies throughout the world, and international trade policies conducive to expanding global sales.

Provide access to Members of Congress and their staff, and with Executive Agency officials in order to promote the tribe's interests, specifically Federal support for economic development, education, health care, housing and transportation infrastructure.
